We are on a slab and we had a clog in our kitchen and laundry room drains. When plunging, I began to get sand in the sink which indicated that we might have a break in the line. It took multiple calls to plumbers and a couple of plumber visits before I called Happi. They had the right technician, Enrico and they had the needed small camera to scope the line. Good news. No break. Just egg shells. Prompt, friendly and got the job done!

I was having issue with tankless hot water heater and needed to have it flushed. The technician was polite and ahead of schedule which worked out great for me. What started with some signs of water quickly developed into a leak and an issue with the shower in our family bathroom. Travis form Happi Plumbing was thankfully available on very short notice (same day – actually within 2hrs) to check out what was the issue and everything was fixed within 2 days even though it was a slightly bigger job than expected. Definitely can highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

I am not sure whether I can mention the company’s name, there is a company called E * Plum**ng they mentioned that they had to move my water heater to finish the job. De was able to knock it off without moving the water heater. If you want honest analysis hire Happi plumbing. I’d recommend them for any kind plumbing job. Great job De and Ruiling!! BTW their Quote was far better than so called E* Plum**ng.

Travis from happi came out to fix our toilet. We changed flooring and the toilet didn’t sit flushed. When Travis finished it was great and sat flushed to the floor. He cleaned up after and left the bathroom nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called up Happy Plumbing to come drain the hot water line in the kitchen because it was running slow and learned that “Never.” is an unacceptable answer to “When was the last time you had the hot water heater drained?” on a 3.5 year old house. Ben got me squared away quickly for what felt like a reasonable price and taught me that we should be having our water heaters drained every 2 years, especially if we’re on city water.

Excellent service! I had a wate main leak that another plumber missed where the leak was. Happi guided me through the process and corrected what the other miss marked. Travis replaced our old kitchen sink with a new one we purchased from Home Depot. He had to use some creativity to make the new sink fit in the existing opening. The installation came out perfectly and our kitchen was left clean. Happi Plumbing did the work for less than what Home Depot would have charged. Happi Plumbing is now our go to provider for plumbing services. We highly recommend these folks.

Update June 13, 2024: Ben with Happi Plumbing came out again to do additional projects for me today. As with his previous work Ben did superb work and his is such a pleasure to work with. He installed a toilet, new bathroom sink faucet with pop up drain and replaced a sink drain with a pop up assembly in another bathroom. His work is always outstanding and I will continue to use Happi Plumbing for all plumbing needs.
Brian is very skilled and very helpful. He quickly figured out the problems and did a very thorough job. Even when the warranty people were being difficult, he patiently explained to them what the problem was. His demeanor on the phone with them was polite and patient. The warranty company finally understood the problem and now everything is fixed.
Helen & Ben were a joy to work with from beginning to end, nothing but extra communicative and professional in all respects. We will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs/issues.

Brian was FANTASTIC!!! When he gave me the quote for my water heater I felt confident but then when he and his partner were doing the work I started sending recommendations to neighbors. We encountered a few challenges with my installation none of which were his fault. My 24 year old valve broke and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. His willingness to do whatever it took even driving to pick up a part he had not anticipated needing to help fix the 24 year old valve. I could go on and on about his customer service and positive, helpful attitude through adversity of dealing with my not so helpful property management maintenance person was remarkable.
I have an old river cabin that I have been remodeling and everything was complete except the plumbing. I had 3 plumbers look at this job before I found Happi Plumbing. None of them ever gave me a price. Happi Plumbing came at their appointed time, gave me a price and completed the work on the same day. George was very personable and did a great job. They will be my first call for plumbing work.
Had a leak from a toilet tank bolt on the 2nd story which I thought I had fixed but the ceiling below continued to leak for several days. Called Happi to come have a look – Helen from their office was professional, prompt, and courteous – and even moved the schedule up since there was a potential leak ongoing. Brian arrived and thoroughly inspected the 1st and 2nd floors and even went to the attic to look for leaks. He then took the time to show me a video of a prior call demonstrating how much water can make it’s way down a floor from such a small leak on the second floor. He also did a few checks on the water meter to make sure there wasn’t even a tiny amount of water leaking/being used. Last he recommended a contractor for restoration and provided contact information. Very professional and thorough young man. The price was fair and I will absolutely call Happi again with future plumbing needs.
Happi did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my spigot outside! I got so many quotes, with some people are trying to charge me four or five times with Happi charged me! Helen was extremely responsive via text, Brian was quick to come onsite, and Brian also performed the job so well and super clean. 10/10, and any future plumbing requests will be going directly to Happi.
I reached out for quote to replace a garage disposal. They provided me with a quote right away (most places will NOT give you a quote unless they come out to investigate and charge a service fee) and able to come out several hours later. Ben was super professional and did a great job installing. Nice to finally find a skilled and honest plumber. We’ll be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
Brian Alfaro did an excellent job. I learned about how the fire place logs work, how to shut off the pilot light when the weather gets warmer, and that the system does not use a chimney that it safely just vents into the room. Our condo association said we would need close the flume but there is no flume on gas fire place logs. I am very happy with the service he provided.

He also replaced my Breaker seals on my outside faucets which were leaking. What I like about Ben and his staff at Happi Plumbing is that they don’t turn small jobs into big jobs.
