I needed 2 new outdoor faucets replaced due to corrosion damage, and Happi reponded quickly and professionally. Robin was excellent and had them replaced with new faucets and bibs within an hour, and very well secured. I’m a first-time homeowner and moved into my new place over the weekend. Unfortunately, just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong—except for one thing: finding Rico.
We needed a plumber on day one to replace the washing machine outlet box, and Rico was truly the first good experience we had since this whole move began. Ended up using Happi Plumbing for an estimate only. My water bill went up drastically last month for no apparent reason. Rico from Happi Plumbing came out and thoroughly went through the possible causes. Thanks to his knowledge and work ethic, the problem was found and ended up not needing a repair.
