Brian was FANTASTIC!!! When he gave me the quote for my water heater I felt confident but then when he and his partner were doing the work I started sending recommendations to neighbors. We encountered a few challenges with my installation none of which were his fault. My 24 year old valve broke and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. His willingness to do whatever it took even driving to pick up a part he had not anticipated needing to help fix the 24 year old valve. I could go on and on about his customer service and positive, helpful attitude through adversity of dealing with my not so helpful property management maintenance person was remarkable.

I have an old river cabin that I have been remodeling and everything was complete except the plumbing. I had 3 plumbers look at this job before I found Happi Plumbing. None of them ever gave me a price. Happi Plumbing came at their appointed time, gave me a price and completed the work on the same day. George was very personable and did a great job. They will be my first call for plumbing work.

Had a leak from a toilet tank bolt on the 2nd story which I thought I had fixed but the ceiling below continued to leak for several days. Called Happi to come have a look – Helen from their office was professional, prompt, and courteous – and even moved the schedule up since there was a potential leak ongoing. Brian arrived and thoroughly inspected the 1st and 2nd floors and even went to the attic to look for leaks. He then took the time to show me a video of a prior call demonstrating how much water can make it’s way down a floor from such a small leak on the second floor. He also did a few checks on the water meter to make sure there wasn’t even a tiny amount of water leaking/being used. Last he recommended a contractor for restoration and provided contact information. Very professional and thorough young man. The price was fair and I will absolutely call Happi again with future plumbing needs.

Happi did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my spigot outside! I got so many quotes, with some people are trying to charge me four or five times with Happi charged me! Helen was extremely responsive via text, Brian was quick to come onsite, and Brian also performed the job so well and super clean. 10/10, and any future plumbing requests will be going directly to Happi.

I reached out for quote to replace a garage disposal. They provided me with a quote right away (most places will NOT give you a quote unless they come out to investigate and charge a service fee) and able to come out several hours later. Ben was super professional and did a great job installing. Nice to finally find a skilled and honest plumber. We’ll be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Brian Alfaro did an excellent job. I learned about how the fire place logs work, how to shut off the pilot light when the weather gets warmer, and that the system does not use a chimney that it safely just vents into the room. Our condo association said we would need close the flume but there is no flume on gas fire place logs. I am very happy with the service he provided.

Ben was very professional, polite and meticulous. He fixed the pilot light on our fireplace and also installed a new dishwasher (and hauled away the old one). We were very pleased with the service. As a Real Estate agent, it’s always good to have a great plumber and now having experienced their quality of work first hand, I feel confident referring them to our clients. Thanks Ben!

They came out same day and fixed the issue in 20 minutes!! Best deal on plumbing work hands down!! Don’t go to the big name places and get ripped off!! I’m Happi!!!

I have been with choice home warranty for a while and have had several plumbing issues, and have worked with several plumbing companies. Service has been so awful I have had to request that certain companies never get assigned to my work orders. It was getting to the point that I was thinking about finding a new warranty company b/c of the service I was getting. Recently I had a leak and Happi plumbing was assigned. First they waited for me to get home b/c I was late, and they still greeted me with a smile. The technicians were knowledgeable, took their time to find the issue, explained everything to me, and quickly fixed my issue. This was the most painless service I received from a plumbing company. I’m very happy with Happi Plumbing!
