Pizzeria Rough-in

You’ve seen our underground work for this pizzeria, now we show you why we live for rough-ins, especially this one. This project was planned out to be beyond code expectations- cleanouts for each fixture, soldered copper water pipes, water hammer arrestors for each supply, trap primers for floor drains, sink hangers that can hold 500lb, etc.

As always we start with drains and vents, then we set up lasers and run straight water lines. All water outlets are soldered to a copper hanger, all vertical pipes are supported by “split ring” hangers and all horizontal pipes are supported by “swivel hangers”.

After pressure testing our pipes and confirming there is no leaks, we install insulation and nail guard plates. Then we call the inspector and get a big “thumbs up” from him!
