I notified Happi online that I had a need. Plumber (Robin H.) came out to assess the same day. He explained the repair , and said he didn’t have the necessary equipment with him. Robin returned at our agreed time the next day, had my problem resolved in less than 30 mins. His repair left the faucet better/stronger than it was before it broke.
Robin H. was very polite, very efficient and pleasant in conversation.
The Happi plumbing office that I contacted was easy to work with, polite and professional. They texted me to affirm schedules/times so there would be no confusion. Would recommend Happi Plumbing. Ask for Robin H.
