Toilet Flange Replacement

Is your toilet wobbling and tightening the bolts doesn’t help? It might be your toilet flange!

This customer stated that no matter what they tried, the toilet kept wobbling and moving side to side.

Once we removed the toilet, we noticed that the toilet flange was installed incorrectly. During construction, the toilet flange was not rotated enough, causing the toilet bolts to slip out of the grooves.

We cut out the old flange, glued in a new toilet flange and rotated it correctly. We also screwed the flange into the floor for extra security.

After setting heavy duty toilet bolts and a new wax ring, we installed the toilet, tightened the nuts on the tank bolts and siliconed around the base of the toilet.
