Demontrez came to my house to reset my toilet. He provided exceptional service and completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. I contacted Happi Plumbing yesterday evening and Demontrez came to my house at 11:00 AM The very next morning. I would recommend Happi Plumbing and Demontrez to anyone needing help.

Came out day of, was early and fixed my issue promptly and professionally. Would 10/10 recommend.

Had a shower that I could only get hot water.
Called one company that said the valve could not be fixed and to replace it would cost $1500.
Called Happi Plumbing and the next day they came and said they would replace the cartridge for $400. It worked!!!
Will use them aging for any future work and would definitely recommend.

Called Happi Plumbing to give me a quote on replacing a gas water heater. They arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done and gave me a quote. They were professional, but I did end up using another company. If I have a need again I would not hesitate to call them back out.

Great experience front start to finish! I submitted a request online and had a call within a couple of minutes to schedule service. Travis, our technician, arrived at the start of his window of estimated arrival and was super friendly, helpful and knowledge. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and gave us an estimate that was fair and reasonable (cross referenced per AI). He fixed it and even described a lot of things in the process for us to be aware of. He stayed to ensure all of our issues were addressed. Definitely would recommend!
