The short version: Hire Happi

In September I had Happi come out and quote a job. Ben came out and set up a pressure regulator because the pressure coming in from the city was very high and my house only had the city side shut off. He priced it fairly and I did not feel like he was a “sales guy” like the other companies I had quote the job. He took care of it right then.

Now it is May and there was a ton of water last night at 11:30pm coming out of the area he did the work. Unfortunately something down there failed. Things sometimes fail, things sometimes don’t go our way. But it is how vendors and companies handle those situations that should determine how we rate their service. Anybody can be a slick sales person and then disappear when the job is done regardless of if the job is finished.

Last night, Friday, at 11:30 after I was able to get the water shut off I called Happi. I talked to a real human, not some AI. They scheduled one of their plumbers to be out at my house on a Saturday at 8am. At 7:08am I had a text that Demontrez “D” was coming out to me. By 7:30 he was here and digging.

Within an hour he had me patched up. And took care of me under warranty. There was no sales pitch, no “oh looks like you need this too”, nothing like that. Just the work that needed to be done and quickly.

I think everyone should shop around, so if you are still reading this know that I am happy I shopped and landed on Happi. They have a customer for life in me. This situation could have been way worse, but I appreciate them stepping up and taking care of me. “D” was great and clearly knew what he was doing.
