Great and honest service and I highly recommend Happi Plumbing 👍. I requested several quotes regarding our 8-yr old waterheater and the expansion tank in the attic. The expansion tank was not supported and hanging on the side of the tank. First quote stated that we needed to replace the entire waterheater and they don’t recommnend just replacing the expansion tank. They quoted an exorbitant price 😳😱. 2nd quote stated that the waterheater is working fine but that we needed to replace the expansion tank including some piping not up to code. He quoted a high $$. Last quote was from Happi Plumbing and Mark, the technician, was extremely honest and stated that the waterheater is working fine and no need to replace. He recommended that we replace the expansion tank bc it could explode any moment and also recommended that we flush the water from the tank. The price quoted was reasonable and we agreed. Mark came back and did the job efficiently and replaced the expansion tank and flushed the water in the tank. Since the waterheater is inconveniently located in the attic he first placed the drainage hose in the 2nd floor washer machine drainage. Quickly we had to stop draining as the water was overflowing from the washer drainage. He then placed the drainage hose in the front yard and all the water was drained n flushed from the waterheater. All 👍. When he left I noticed a small water stain in the ceiling on the 1st floor directly below the 2nd floor washing machine room. I texted Happi Plumbing telling them of the ceiling water stain and without excuses or questions they apologize and stated that they would take care of the ceiling stain at no cost to me. As a consumer I am impressed and really appreciated their commitment to total customer satisfaction. Within an hour contractors (Palm Build) contacted me regarding the ceiling water stain and they came by the next day to set up several machines to extract the water/moisture between the walls. Another contractors finished repatching the walls/ceiling and everything is back to 100%. Again great job Happi Plumbing for excellent customer service and experiences.
