Davartez (D) was a professional young man. He dealt with our daughter on site. He spoke to me and my husband on video via our daughter. He was efficient and effective. He identified the issue and once we agreed to service rectified the issue in a timely manner. We have a 70 year old property in NC. I saw his shirt was wet on video from going under the home and he didnt complain. He shared it was a non plumbing issue. Thank you for being professional young man.
