It was my first time using Thumbtack for services. This company reached out to me immediately and scheduled a visit at my convenience. I liked that the technician diagnosed the problem with my leaking toilet first with no charge and then told me the charge for repair. I was uncertain about the charge but the technician explained clearly the steps that had to be taken and showed me. I was satisfied with the outcome. My toilet is no longer leaking. The technician was friendly and professional.
